Lake Mary, Florida, April 4, 2005 - Fiserv CBS Worldwide, a unit of Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV), greeted close to 300 CBS Worldwide clients at the Fiserv CBS Worldwide Users Group Meeting last month.
Sponsored by the Fiserv CBS Worldwide Users Group, a non-profit organization established to encourage networking and communication among CBS users, the annual four-day event covers a range of topics and serves as an excellent networking forum for clients of Fiserv CBS Worldwide. A series of regional users meetings are held in conjunction with the event to facilitate the exchange of ideas among CBS clients representing financial institutions from neighboring localities. The Fiserv CBS Worldwide Users Group is the most active user organization in the industry.
Dave Santi, US President of CBS Worldwide calls the meeting an invaluable opportunity for hands-on users of the Comprehensive Banking System (CBS) to interact. The added opportunity to meet with CBS Worldwide employees results in users having direct input into system enhancements.
"We thoroughly enjoy taking this time each year to meet with the individuals who use our products on a day to day basis," Santi said. "We are able to provide good information that they can take back to their banks, and we leave with a stronger understanding of their needs."
The event was held at Disney's Contemporary Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, near Orlando.
